DigPro2024

Process Mining and Digital Transformation are intertwined as process mining provides valuable insights and data-driven guidance that can inform and support various aspects of an organization's digital transformation journey. The primary goal of a process transformation is to make internal processes more straightforward and efficient, this includes business model transformation, domain transformation and cultural/organizational transformation. Process Mining contributes to Digital Transformation by offering a data-driven understanding of existing processes and suggesting areas for business optimization.

Digital transformation with business process mining involves leveraging advanced technologies to analyze and optimize organizational workflows. Business process mining utilizes data-driven techniques to extract insights from event logs and discover the actual processes within a business. By employing this approach, organizations gain a comprehensive understanding of their operations, allowing them to identify bottlenecks, streamline processes, and enhance overall efficiency.
